Sheila Price is an Assistant Professor for the School of Nursing in the RN to BSN program. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Western Carolina University. She joined the School of Nursing in 2015 and has a background in hospital nursing administration, quality improvement, perioperative services, home health, risk management, and critical care. She is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Educational Leadership Program at WCU.
She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, Eta Psi Chapter, the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the American Educational Research Organization. She is also a Lifetime Fellow in the American College of HealthCare Executives.
She currently resides in Franklin, North Carolina.
