In this 5-day certificate program, participants will attend a grant writing workshop with instructor Paul Dezendorf. Paul will teach techniques that save time and improve effectiveness of grant writing efforts.
Grant writing techniques and processes are changing over time. This workshop will help participants respond to the latest trends such as online grant applications, demand for better designed evaluations, and increased competition for grant funds. This workshop will help participants learn techniques to help them better control the grant writing process and make better use of their time. Participants will draft materials for a hypothetical or actual grant proposal in order to 'learn-by-doing' and receive feedback from other participants in the workshop.
